Single Camera Sling Setup:
To wear, slip one side through your arm, followed by the other arm. Pull down on both harnesses, and the pivot points will adjust to your body. The hook connecting to the camera should be at waist level. Adjust the right and left straps behind your back for optimal performance and comfort. The extra security strap can be attached to either side of your camera.
The camera will rest on the side of your body and can easily slide up and down the strap from waist to shooting position.
