The look, quality, function, customer service and shipping time (paid for express shipping) was all amazing! I LOVE my red leather harness strap sooooo much! It's a Small and a perfect fit for little me (slim female, just under 5'). Thank you, Desired Leather, for this beautiful product! 🙂

Excellent product, great craftmanship. I have worn it on 2 full day wedding shoots now and right away I can feel a difference in the weight distribution. For a big part of the day I shoot with a 70-200 and a 24-70, both heavy lenses and the rest of the day I shoot with more lightweight primes and all combinations feel comfortable. I do have one suggestion and that is putting some sort of option in the back so users can attach bags like fanny packs but in the back. I see some competitors offering such solutions and can really see how that would attract more buyers. I will try and alter my harness to do just that. Great customer service !!

A product that exudes quality. I love the leather and craftsmanship which has gone into making this product. So glad I chose this over a mass produced strap. I know this product will last well, far longer than the numerous nylon / synthetic straps I've had over the years. Would recommend!!

Cette sangle est selon moi un indispensable lors de tout achat de harnais double sur ce site.
Il est de qualité, même si d'apparence il est très fin. En revanche je trouve son prix un peu élevé par rapport au produit en lui même.

J'avais déjà acheté un harnais double (avec gravure du logo) sur ce site et récemment je me suis laissé tenté par ce harnais simple (afin de remplacer un vieux harnais tout simple) et après quelques semaines à l'essayer, le verdict est sans appel, ce harnais (comme celui en version double que j'ai déjà acheté) est de très bonne qualité, il est robuste et le cuir est vraiment appréciable. De plus le fait qu'on puisse l'attacher en passant une "sangle" sous le bras permet un confort d'usage et un maintien quasi totale du harnais (lorsqu'il est bien réglé).

En bref, je ne peux que conseiller ce harnais qui pour 80 $ est très clairement un bon achat.

I had such a headache trying to find a good set of straps for under $350. Someone had mentioned desired leather and I’m so happy the strap search ended.

I absolutely love my camera harness. I’ve been using them for a couple years now and they are still in great shape. It compares to holdfast but for a fraction of the price. I like that this one’s straps are skinnier than most brands. Fits great, great quality and friendly if you have any questions.

Satisfied with quality and functionality without long term or any practical use of the straps quite yet.
Some smaller things I find to be on the 'negative' side of things, but overall very nice product as far as I can tell just now.

The quality seams - as hoped - high. The leather is lokking and feeling sturdy, fine finishes and the customized laser engraving on the back is really nice looking! I was sceptical at first, but the logo I designed is big enough but not too much, so it's discreet and professional looking, the engraving quality regarding lines and edges pretty high!

However, it makes a sound as the metal parts cling against each other. But I knew about that and I just hope, it isn't too big a problem shooting silently with mirrorless in a church 😉

The secondary security straps - the clips are very hard to open - that's a good thing. However it really scratches the attachment points of the camera, so I don't use them. It would be awesome to have some kind of sturdy leather sling for that.

Another thing I find not that great is a practical thing: I hoped to easily order another set of attachment rings (those, that go into the camera body) or better even - if an additional set were delivered with the order as a surplus!
Because:
I at least shoot with 2 cameras, switching to a third one without a hustle isn't possible. Also: I use manfrotto quick release plates and adapters that semi-permanently are connected to the attachment rings (using thread glue). So I'm now set firmly with that's system and can't just switch, if I had to or doing a smaller shooting with another camera / setup.

Other than that I'm satisfied.
Price is not to high, totally justified.
