Customer service is out of this world. I placed an order with multiple items and they emailed to confirm if I meant to order extra straps, as the camera harness already came with straps. I didn’t and am glad they followed up. They answered every question I had on customization and the process was so smooth. For the price of a competitor harness I got a customized harness with my logo, leather card holder, extra strap, and lens bag. It’s a beautiful, quality set that matches and looks very professional. I’m so glad I found this company and took a chance on them!

Fantastic from start to finish as I wasn’t sure what size to order and which was the harness I required but a quick message to the owner and this was quickly resolved .. the harness arrived in time for my first wedding shoot and I hand loads of comments on how professional it looked.. this company is great and highly recommended and the quality of product exceeds expectations.

Received it a little bit later than usual but that is to be expected due to the Chinese New Year season, but it was definitely well worth the wait! Love at first sight when I opened up the box and saw my logo on it, and met with the fresh smell of leather! What an experience! Super high quality product! I have yet to test it out in the real world in an actual wedding shoot but I’m looking forward! Highly recommended product for photographers who are looking to showcase their brand and name on shoots in a super unique way!!

As this is a gift and he hasn’t seen it yet, all I can review it the ordering process and what I see.
First off I had tons of questions and used the chat feature. Alexei was so patient with me and super fast in getting back to me.
Secondly the shipping from Romania to Canada was less than a week….I can’t get a letter mailed to a person in my same province in that quick a time 🙂
Well done. I did open the box when it arrived and WOW the qualify of the workmanship is top notch. Can’t wait for my son to see it!! (Christmas gift).
Next one we will be ready with a business logo to have engraved. Again, thank you for your patience and the quality of service was awesome.
